Rocker Baby Nation products displayed at the Site are available only in our Site The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

DELIVERY

**Please allow 2-3 DAYS for RTS ( Ready to Ship ) items to be processed and shipped. We always strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. It's a priority to us!
Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. Rocker Baby Nation is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Please email [email protected] if this is the case.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY

We are a small company therefor we only accept RETURNS FOR store credit or exchange for another item . When placing an order with our company please refere to our sizing chart as we are true to the childs age . Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused. Before returning an item/items for an exchange contact us directly , returns without any prior contact will not be processed .Some returned items are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned 5 days after receiving your item/items .

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
